CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total and must be paid in full before booking future appointments. All deposits are non-refundable(unless the session is cancelled on my end). However, deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if the appointment is rescheduled prior to the 24-hour cancellation window. All services are final sale, and refunds are not offered. However, I want you to leave feeling confident and comfortable, so if you need any touch-ups after your wax, you have up to 5 days after your appointment to come back complimentary. Retail products are final sale once opened or used. Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days for studio credit that can be used toward future services or products. Clients under 18 must have a parent or guardian present to sign a consent form before receiving services. Male clients are accepted by approved referral only.
